  Great family-owned business. Small space, so we mostly take-out. Vast selection of options including varying sugar (we get zero added sugar) and almond or soy milk. They will make it as sweet as you want. Tons of flavors and different jellies to make your boba perfect. Kid-friendly, so you can play games while you wait.

  Four stars because there's no boba around the area. It's decent, but no comparison to Fantasia, Sharetea, Gong cha. It's Vietnamese ran, so those are usually not as good as the Taiwanese ran. They have food options here and the Vietnamese Waffle. The waffle is pretty good and I would recommend that.
